27 Ltr Meteor Special
We were tasked by our client to create a 'Big Blower Bentley' featuring a V12 engine. To ensure the car manageable in traffic yet a powerful cruiser on the highway, we developed a comprehensive fuel management system.
Special care was taken with the cooling and oil systems to prevent overheating in high-temperature conditions. based our design on a Rolls Royce Phantom II, incorporating a Rolls Meteor 27 Litre V12 engine along with Bentley bulkhead, steering, radiator, and brake components.
We were contacted by BBC Top Gear who were interested in using the car for a feature they had planned.
The episode which aired March 2012, that saw Jeremy recreate the Battle of Britain with the Petersen aero-engined car and a flame-spitting retro BMW, called the 'Brutus'.
The Stig also had a play in the car and took it around the track. As can be seen in Episode 6 Series 18 of Top Gear UK.
